Sometimes that means meds but she is just as likely to recommend homeopathy and lifestyle changes (Do you walk? Yes? Walk more!)<br /><br />Evangelii Gaudium was an inspiration for me. Joy! he says. I think another reason we often feel bereft when we finish this kind of course is that we miss being in an environment of like-minded people who are on the same path as us. I hope we can re-create some of that feeling of support and fellowship in our online communities together this coming year. More and more our bloggers talk about mindfulness on the FCT page, and it is something I've started to tiptoe into a little. Seems to me, knowing the body as more than a problem to be fixed is a very good starting point for healing on many levels.
